Cancer Covergirl

            There’s a new “fresh face” in town. Covergirl cosmetics has named 13-year-old Talia Castellano an honorary covergirl. Talia is battling cancer and she is bald. She is also beautiful and glowing. She expresses herself through makeup and rose to fame with her online makeup tutorials. In addition to what we see on the outside, Talia is brave and courageous. She is taking on the world without a feature many women link to their beauty. It takes great strength to take life on as a public figure without hair, especially while battling such a scary disease. It is a security blanket Talia no longer has and yet she isn’t willing to hide under a wig. Kudos to her for being such an inspiration to women all over the world.
